MPAN Data Request

Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) Data Request 

The Code Bodies would be very grateful if Suppliers can help with our MPAN Data production. Programme participants' review and opinion will help to produce quality manufactured data. The better quality the data, the easier it will be to load into Programme participants' systems and Qualification testing can start without further delays. 

Please see the library below for supporting documents to help you with this data request.

1. Please provide some real life MPAN Attributes for us to populate 20 of our MPAN Templates. The priority is data items that can be found in the Electricity Enquiry Service (EES), but if you can, please also provide any additional items shown on the "Data for csv'" tab. 
   
   A list of 20 MPAN Types we require real life examples for is available in the library below, "MPAN Types" in the  Legacy MPAN File Attributes. All our data is from Grid Supply Point (GSP) group _P, Distributor ID HYDE, so your examples would preferably be from here, so we don’t need to amend any of the data to meet dependencies in industry sets.  
   
   To prevent any General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) issues, please do not include the MPAN Core itself or the address. 
   
   
2. Please validate the MPAN Attributes in the "Data for csv" tab. Are there any additional or dependent MPAN Attributes that you require to load this into your systems that you cannot provide yourselves? 
   
   Please list any additional attributes that are missing from this csv which you require to load. Include data examples or where we might source the data to populate the data items. 
   
   
3. Please validate any dependencies between the MPAN Attributes in the "Known dependencies" tab. Are there any additional dependencies of which we need to be aware? 
   
   Please add any additional dependencies between the MPAN Attributes as well as the source (e.g. an Industry Standing Data (ISD) entity or Market Domain Data (MDD) group) in the "Known dependencies" tab. 
   
   
4. Please attempt to load the provided Legacy MPAN File Example, available in the library below, into your systems. 
   
   Please note: The first two rows are header rows to help identify the data attribute. 
   
   The Legacy MPAN File Example csv file provided below does not include the MPAN Type column present in the xlsx file. This is only to help show which data attributes will be provided for which MPAN Types based on the examples we currently have.
   
   The Migration MPAN File Example csv file below contains the attributes you require to migrate an MPAN to MHHS.
