Design Baseline approved by DAG

◆ Published: 07/11/2022

On Monday 31 October, the Design Advisory Group (DAG) approved the Physical Design Baseline, thereby completing Milestone 5: Physical baseline delivered. This approval is subject to the Programme delivering the Design Work-Off Plan.

This approach to Design has been an industry first, and we are delighted to have developed a blueprint for future design work in the industry.

The continued engagement of participants has been integral to developing this Design Baseline, and we would like to thank the 86 organisations who provided their feedback and insights, with 3,300 attendees attending a total of 120 Working Group meetings. Engagement was high throughout the Design Review process, and the Programme received and responded to 5,147 participant comments in total.

Where Working Groups are required to resolve items within the Work-Off Plan, we will communicate directly with the members of the appropriate Group/s. Updates will be sign-posted in future editions of The Clock.

What does this mean for me?

As a participant, your engagement with the Design will not change at this time. Please continue to refer to the Design Artefacts available on the Collaboration Base. Nothing is currently changing regarding any Design-related queries - please continue to email [email protected]

A revised change control process is being developed to manage any change requests to the Design. We will provide clarity on this process in our next webinar on 17 November 2022. Click here for more details and email [email protected] to sign up to the webinar.
