Elexon Helix Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) Consultation
On behalf of Elexon's Helix Programme, we have published the Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) Consultation for industry review on Tuesday 27 May 2025.
Working in conjunction with the MHHS Programme, the Retail Energy Company (RECCo) and the Data Integration Platform (DIP) Manager, Elexon has been asked to develop and consult on and baseline, by 30 June 2025, an effective and efficient Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) process to be used if there is a SoLR event during the transition to MHHS.
As a consequence, the Elexon Helix Programme is consulting on the following three documents:

These documents have been provided by Elexon's Helix Programme to inform Programme participants and the MHHS Programme of further detail on the Supplier of Last Resort.
The deadline for comments is 17:00 on Monday 9 June 2025.
