Programme Parties raising Programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies

◆ Published: 24/08/2022

The MHHS Programme uses a RAID approach to identify, analyse, and respond to risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) that may impact the Programme.

As part of this management approach, participants can also raise RAID items that they think are relevant to the Programme and we have recently received a couple of risks from Programme Parties. We welcome input from parties on the key areas of RAID that they see in the Programme, that may not already be covered by our existing RAID.

Now that the digital Programme Management Office (dPMO) tool is available to participants, we hope that viewing and raising risks will be easier.

How do I raise a new risk?

To raise a new risk, we have a RAID Log Input Form, on the RAID page of the Programme Collaboration Base. This is a Microsoft form, designed and developed to give participants an opportunity and a single point of entry to raise requests, to add, update and/or close RAID items in the centralised RAID log.

All requests raised via the form will be triaged and validated by the PMO team to ensure quality standards are upheld and to reduce any potential duplication.
