Migration Sprint 3

Sprint 3 execution started on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and ran until Tuesday 4 August 2026. 

Sprint Planning 

Sprint 3 Planning opened on Wednesday 13 May 2026 and the Sprint 3 Baselined Schedule is available on Kestrel.

All Suppliers were required to submit their weekly granularity forecast plans by Wednesday 20 May 2026.

Sprint Execution 

Sprint 3 execution started on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and closed on Tuesday 4 August 2026.

The Migration Control Centre (MCC) actively monitored migrations during Sprint execution.  

Information on migration processes was shared via Programme governance.  

Sprint Retrospective 

There is a Sprint 3 retrospective on 17 August 2026 to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and agree improvements for future cycles.

Key Timelines 

• Wednesday 20 May 2026 - Submission deadline: 
  Deadline for all Suppliers to have submitted their schedules (by the end of the day)
• Wednesday 27 May 2026 - Sprint 3 baseline published: 
  • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers
  • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released
• Wednesday 3 June 2026 - Sprint 3 Execution started: 
  • Supplier Migrations began, following Baselined committed schedule
• Tuesday 4 August 2026 – Sprint 3 Execution ended
