What's happening next with the MHHS Replan following CR022?

The window for sharing CR022 Impact Assessments closed on 26 April 2023. Thank you again to participants who submitted their Impact Assessments. 

CR022 will follow the agreed Programme Change Management process. Following the Industry Impact Assessment for CR022, which closed on 29 April, the Programme has analysed the responses. The initial report to the Programme Steering Group (PSG) on 3 May 2023 highlighted that there were more than 50 industry responses, with over 90% in agreement with CR022.

At the Extraordinary PSG meeting on 12 May 2023, the group will review the findings, taking into account both quantitative and qualitative responses. This analysis can be seen in the PSG papers for 12 May on the PSG page of this website. The SRO will recommend to Ofgem that the associated changes to Level 1 milestones are accepted, alongside PSG being asked for their support in approving CR022. Subject to Ofgem approval to the Level 1 milestones by 8 June 2023, the revised plan will be formally baselined at PSG scheduled for the same day.
