Update: MHHS Replan Consultation

Round 1 of the Replan consultation is now closed.

The first of three rounds (1-26 August) focused on selected high-level planning Artefacts, provided to improve consensus on plan structure, activity durations and sequencing, and to test high-level assumptions, dependencies, and related risks. 

The MHHS Programme team are now reviewing all the feedback, and where appropriate, it will be reflected in the Round 2 planning Artefacts. Round 2 will take place from 12 September - 7 October where a full, draft Programme plan will be published for consultation, including all activities, activity durations, milestones and dates, sequencing - and risks / assumptions / issues / dependencies information.

More information will follow on the specific asks of participants for Round 2.
