Replan Consultation Round 2 begins on 12 September

The MHHS Programme team are reviewing the feedback from Round 1 of the Replan consultation, and where appropriate, will update the Replan Artefacts to reflect participant feedback and further work the MHHS Programme team have been conducting. The collated Q&As from all Replan Walkthroughs in Round 1 are available on the Planning page of this website.

Round 2 starts next week, running from 12-30 September. An updated, draft Programme plan will be published on the MHHS website on Monday 12 September which will include all activities, activity durations, milestones and dates, sequencing and risks / assumptions / issues / dependencies information.

This Round 2 draft will be a working plan based on information available at the time of drafting. It has not been approved by Ofgem. It will be an illustration of dates, to set context for the consultation, and we expect participants to use it to further explore how to best meet the dates in the existing Ofgem Transition Timetable (or to minimise variance to it).
 
The duration of the Round 2 consultation has been reduced from four weeks to three weeks, as agreed by the Programme Steering Group on Wednesday 7 September.
