Interim Release 2 and 5 Design Artefacts updated

◆ Published: 19/10/2023

On Wednesday 11 October, the Programme published a new Interim Release 2.1.

Interim Release 2.1 constitutes updated versions of Swagger and the DES138 Interface Catalogue which have been uplifted to address potential blocking issues for Component Integration Testing (CIT). Full details of the issues addressed are covered in the accompanying Release Note.

Clean versions of the Artefacts and Release Note are available on the Baselined Interim Release 2 Design Artefacts page of this website. Red-lined versions of these Artefacts are published on the Red-lined Design Artefacts: Interim Release 2 page of this website

What does this mean for Pre-Integration Testing (PIT)?

We've conducted an impact assessment of the changes in Interim Release 2.1 and can advise that Programme participants who have already completed PIT are not required to complete any re-testing. For further details please consult the Release Notes.

However, Programme participants who have not completed their PIT will need to implement the changes for Interim Release 2.1 and conduct any remaining tests against the new baseline.

The Design Issues Notification (DIN) Log has been updated to reflect this Interim Release, and is published on the Red-lined Design Artefacts page of this website

Interim Release 5.1 Uplifts

We've also published Interim Release 5.1 Design Artefacts, which incorporate changes to Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) and local time changes as articulated in the Interim Release 5 Release Note (which you can view on the Red-lined Design Artefacts page of this website), in addition to Swagger and DES138 Interface Catalogue updates.
