Hotfix: DIP Simulator aligned to Interim Release 2.1

Following the identification of potential blocking issues for Component Integration Testing (CIT), the Programme has updated the Swagger and the DES138 Interface Catalogue as part of Interim Release 2.1 (IR 2.1).

On Friday 20 October 2023, the Sims & Ems team uplifted the Data Integration Platform (DIP) Simulator to align it with IR 2.1 as part of the 'Hotfix'. This was demonstrated at the Show and Tell session on 20 October, and you can view the recording for this at the bottom of the Sims & Ems page of the Collaboration Base, under Sprint 30.
