Baselined versions of MHHS Planning documents updated for PSG approval

In anticipation of CR022: MHHS Programme Replan being agreed at the Programme Steering Group (PSG) on Thursday 8 June 2023, subject to Ofgem approval of Level 1 milestones, we've updated the MHHS Outline Plan, the MHHS Milestone Register and the MHHS Implementation Approach.

Going forwards, changes to the MHHS Programme Plan will be subject to change control in line with the Governance Framework.  Once the MHHS Outline Plan is baselined, updates will be published fortnightly, and we will highlight changes. All changes to the plan versus the previous issue will be highlighted in yellow.
